Amiga Music Preservation site

Amiga Music Preservation (AMP)

Amiga Music Preservation (AMP), a non profit association, is running the biggest and most comprehensive database ever about amiga music and amiga musicians. All the composers of the amiga deserve to be remembered and to have their work preserved. We tried all we could on our own but although it’s growing all the time, now we seriously need you to help us one way or another.

So there you are. It’s been around for over 6 years. The site is in English, although the people running this are actually French so you’ll just have to be tolerant over the odd mistake. As former members of computer demo groups such as Cryptoburners, Paradox, Analog and Depth (yes, the webmasters include real musicians), they know what they’re talking about.

This site contains many things of interest; after all, this is one of the currents from which modern techno sprang. All free to download and listen to, but don’t forget to ask permission if you want to use all or part of a work in one of your own creations.

Go on, bother me. You know you want to.
